That your Steel Core Designs firearm will be free from any defect in materials or workmanship performed at Steel Core Designs Limited.

Rifle – Two (2) years commencing from the date of your original purchase.

You must notify us in writing of any claim within 30 days of the date of the event giving rise to the claim.

Steel Core Designs Limited will not cover loss or damage to the firearm caused by:

• Accidental discharge, negligent handling, abuse and/or misuse;
• Barrel obstruction;
• Custom, hand-loaded, reloaded, improper or defective ammunition;
• Failure to provide proper care and maintenance;
• Normal wear and tear;
• Unauthorized adjustments, alterations, repairs or modifications; and
• Any other limitations contained in the specific model’s owner’s

Ancillary equipment manufactured by third-party manufacturers and used with the base product (firearm) are only covered by the warranties provided by those original third-party equipment manufacturers and not by Steel Core Designs Limited.

This warranty excludes and Steel Core Designs Limited will not pay incidental or consequential damages. By this we mean any injury, loss, expense or damages other than to repair the defects in the firearm or replace the firearm. No other representations or claims of any nature shall be binding on or obligate Steel Core Designs Limited. This warranty and these remedies are exclusive and take the place of any other express or implied warranties (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose), all of which are disclaimed.

PLEASE NOTE: Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights.
